Resend the registrant validation email
For a domain stuck in pending_validation: asks the registrar to send the registrant another copy of the validation email. Only the registrant's own link in that email can clear the hold; this never changes the domain itself.

Generates a fresh transfer (auth) code and shows it once: we never store it, and it never appears in a list or a webhook. The domain must have its transfer lock off first; this never turns it off for you. A new code replaces the old one.
Quote a restore GET
What bringing this domain back out of redemption would cost you. A restore costs many times a renewal and the registry usually charges a year with it, so read this before committing. Only a domain in `redemption` can be quoted.
