Revoke a payment receipt link
The public receipt stops working at once. A payment with no link also answers 204: there is nothing to revoke.

Creates a public, read-only receipt link for this payment that needs no API key: `GET /public/payments/{token}`. Calling this again returns the same token, so the share button is safe to press twice.
Record a refund POST
Records money handed back out of credit this customer holds with you. Refused when it is more than they have. ResellerHQ does not collect payment from your customers: you take the money however you already do, and record it here. Send an Idempotency-Key header so a retry can never record the refund twice.
