Check a sending tool connection

/v1/sequencer-connections/{id}/validate

Checks the account with the tool now rather than at its daily check, and answers with the connection as it then stands.

Remove a sending tool connection DELETE

Forgets the account and its keys. Mailboxes already in the tool stay there; exports still on their way stop (`failed`, `connection_deleted`).

Export mailboxes to sending tools POST

Puts mailboxes into one or more connected tools: one export per mailbox and connection, each followed to `completed` with `sequencer_export.completed` or `sequencer_export.failed`. A pair already exported is answered under `alreadyExported`, not duplicated. Only a mailbox that is set up (`active`) can go; every other one is listed in `skipped` with why. Nothing is charged.
