An order tries the cheapest provider first and falls through to the next. The price you were shown is the price you pay.
Renew or cancel for a refund
Extend a rental at any time, or set it to renew itself. A number that has received no messages can be cancelled for a full refund.
Charged only for what is delivered
If only part of a multi-number order can be filled, your wallet is charged for the part that was.

Each order is recorded as a sale to your customer, at the price you set for them, ready to invoice.
