A2P 10DLC throughput and registration cost planner
Turn a Trust Score and a campaign type into the daily cap, the per-carrier MPS and the registration fee range that actually apply.
Free, no accountIn your browser
TCR's own entity type for the brand being registered. It sets the one-time registration fee and, for Sole Proprietor, fixes throughput regardless of Trust Score.
From the brand’s dashboard at the carrier or TCR. Ignored for a Sole Proprietor brand, whose throughput is fixed.
Low Volume Mixed gets its own fixed MPS row; Charity, Emergency and Agents and Franchises are Bandwidth’s "specialty" use cases needing extra approval.
Messages this brand plans to send per day, across all carriers, so the cap below can say how close that puts you to it.
Result
50-74 band · 40,000/day T-Mobile cap · $4.50–$19.50 to register (unbundled)
At a Trust Score of 60 (50-74 band), T-Mobile's published daily cap is 40,000 messages.
- Warning
T-Mobile MPS disagreement at this band: 40 MPS here vs TSG Global's 1 MPS
LeadConnector, HighLevel and Salesmessage (all read 2026-10-13, pages dated through August 2026) scale T-Mobile with Trust Score the same as AT&T and Verizon: 40 MPS in the 50-74 band. TSG Global's page (dated 2023-03-24, the oldest source read for this planner) instead gives T-Mobile a flat 1 MPS at every band, and puts AT&T and Verizon at 20 MPS in its 50-74 Declared band. The two disagree and are not reconciled; the 2026-dated sources are the newer read, so use 40 MPS for planning.
Confirm this account's own approved T-Mobile throughput in the TCR portal or with your messaging provider before committing a send schedule to either published figure.
- Info
AT&T and Verizon publish no daily cap at all
Every source read for this planner discusses a daily message cap for T-Mobile only; AT&T and Verizon are described as throttled by per-second MPS alone, and no carrier or aggregator page found anywhere publishes a daily number for either of them. Treat its absence here as "not documented," not as zero or as "no limit."
- Info
One-time registration: $4.50–$19.50, unbundled
TCR's own raw schedule charges $4.50 to register a Private, for-profit brand - the cheapest figure here - while Bandwidth and Telnyx each pass that fee through with their own markup, up to $19.50. GoHighLevel's one-time figure ($22.50–$64.00) bundles brand registration, campaign vetting and fast-track processing into a single line, so it is kept out of this range rather than blended into it - see the per-provider table below for why.
- Info
Monthly campaign fee: $10.00–$20.00 depending on provider
TCR's own schedule charges $10.00 a month for a Standard (2FA, Marketing, Mixed, M2M, and more) campaign; the providers that pass it through range up to $20.00, roughly double TCR's raw figure on several lines.

50-74 Trust Score band: 40,000/day on T-Mobile
Bandwidth's T-Mobile 10DLC page (updated 2026-08-13) and JustCall's Trust Score article independently publish the same daily cap table: a Trust Score of 60 sits in the 50-74 band, so T-Mobile's published default is 40,000 messages a day, resetting at 00:00 US Pacific. It is this brand's EIN-level default, not a guarantee of this account's actual approved cap.
- Reference
50-74 band: 120 MPS SMS total
The same current sources put SMS throughput at 120 MPS total in the 50-74 band, split evenly as 40 MPS to each of AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon.
- Reference
50-74 band: 20 MPS MMS per carrier
Twilio's own changelog describes MMS throughput changing on 2026-03-18, over a 5-6 week rollout, from a flat 1 MPS account-level cap for every brand to a table scaled by Trust Score. In the 50-74 band that table now gives up to 20 MPS to each of AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon - this changelog entry is about MMS specifically and does not restate the SMS table above.

TSG Global gives T-Mobile a flat 1 MPS in every band, which none of the 2026-dated sources above state. TSG Global’s page is dated 2023-03-24, the oldest page read for this planner; the table above, dated through August 2026, is the newer read.
MMS throughput per carrier, since the 2026-03-18 change
Before 2026-03-18 every band had a flat 1 MPS account-level MMS cap; the change rolled out over 5-6 weeks.
One-time registration fee by provider
| Provider | One-time fee | What it covers | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| The Campaign Registry (raw) | $4.50 | Brand registration only, for a Private, for-profit entity. Add $41.50 for a Standard Vet if a carrier requires one - together that is $46.00. | The Campaign Registry - checked 13 October 2026 |
| Bandwidth | $9.00 | Standard Brand Registration; not broken out by entity type. Optional vetting is extra: $83.00 third-party, $203.00 enhanced. | Bandwidth - checked 13 October 2026 |
| Telnyx | $19.50 | $4.50 brand registration (a straight TCR pass-through, Telnyx states "no markup") plus $15.00 campaign review, to get a brand and its first campaign live. | Telnyx - checked 13 October 2026 |
| GoHighLevel | $22.50–$64.00 | A bundle of brand registration + campaign vetting + fast-track processing in one line - not a like-for-like comparison with the unbundled fees above. | HighLevel - checked 13 October 2026 |
Twilio's own fee page returned HTTP 403 on every attempt to read it directly, so it carries no row here.

- These are the carrier’s and TCR’s published defaults for a Trust Score band, never a specific account’s approved throughput - a carrier review can set this account’s own cap higher or lower.
- This tool cannot see any account. It cannot confirm the actual Trust Score, the carrier-approved throughput, or whether a campaign has already been vetted.
- Every fee here is a provider’s published pass-through of TCR’s own schedule, and providers differ by a factor of two or more on the same line item - these are list prices, not a quote.
- The MPS and daily-cap tables moved once already in 2026 (the MMS change on 2026-03-18); treat every "read" date here as when this page last agreed with the source, not a guarantee it still does.
What this is
This A2P 10DLC cost calculator exists because every other page for the phrase is a prose explainer that leaves you to re-derive your own daily cap, your own per-carrier throughput and your own registration fee by hand from a table buried in the text. Enter a Trust Score and a campaign type and get the actual numbers - T-Mobile’s published daily message cap, the MPS each carrier will actually give that band, and what The Campaign Registry and three resellers each charge to register it - not another paragraph defining what a Trust Score is.
A Trust Score is a 0-100 score a brand earns from the carriers’ and TCR’s own vetting, and it is the single input that sets both T-Mobile’s daily message cap and most of the per-carrier MPS table: a 75-100 score gets 200,000 messages a day and 225 MPS total across AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon; a 1-24 score gets 2,000 a day and 12 MPS total. AT&T and Verizon publish no daily cap of their own - every source that discusses one names T-Mobile only - so this calculator says so rather than inventing a number for either.
A campaign type is the TCR use case a message is registered under, and it mostly sets the monthly campaign fee, not the throughput: Low Volume Mixed is the one use case with its own fixed MPS row (3.75 total, regardless of Trust Score), a Sole Proprietor brand is a separate brand type with its own fixed daily cap and MPS that never scale with any score, and everything else follows the Trust Score bands above.
How to read the result
The headline is the band this Trust Score sits in, the daily cap that comes with it, and the registration fee range across TCR, Bandwidth and Telnyx’s own unbundled fee schedules - GoHighLevel’s figure is a bundle of three line items and is named separately rather than blended into that range. The tables below mark the row that matches the input with an arrow, so the full published table is visible alongside the one figure that applies.
Where two vendor pages disagree on the same band - LeadConnector, HighLevel and Salesmessage against TSG Global’s older table - both tables are shown with their own publisher and date, and the finding above them says which is the newer read rather than averaging the two or quietly picking one.
The "planned daily volume" field, if filled in, turns the cap into a percentage: how much headroom this plan leaves, or by how much it is over the cap and what Trust Score band would cover it instead.
This planner covers the last of three checks that decide whether an SMS arrives at all; see sending an SMS that arrives for segment pricing and sender-name rules, the two that come before it.
Common mistakes
What goes wrong most often, and how to tell.
- Assuming AT&T or Verizon publishes a daily capNo carrier or aggregator page found for this calculator states a daily message cap for AT&T or Verizon - every source that discusses a daily cap names T-Mobile only, and describes the other two as throttled by per-second MPS alone. Its absence here means "not documented," not "unlimited."
- Treating a Sole Proprietor brand as Trust-Score-scaledA Sole Proprietor brand’s daily cap (1,000 messages on T-Mobile) and MPS (2.25 total SMS, 0.5 MMS per carrier) are fixed regardless of any Trust Score the brand carries - raising the score does nothing for this brand type, unlike every other entity type.
- Averaging two disagreeing MPS tables instead of picking the newer oneLeadConnector, HighLevel and Salesmessage (read 2026-10-13, pages dated through August 2026) and TSG Global (page dated 2023-03-24) give different T-Mobile MPS figures for the same band. Splitting the difference invents a number nobody published; using the more recently dated source and confirming the account’s own approved throughput is the honest move.
- Comparing GoHighLevel’s bundled fee to an unbundled oneGoHighLevel’s one-time figure bundles brand registration, campaign vetting and fast-track processing into a single $22.50-$64.00 line, while Bandwidth’s, Telnyx’s and TCR’s own figures are each one unbundled fee. Reading the GoHighLevel number as "the" one-time cost makes every other provider look artificially cheap.
Questions
What people ask about this tool.
- The 75-100 band, which Bandwidth’s T-Mobile 10DLC page (updated 2026-08-13) and JustCall’s Trust Score article both publish at 200,000 messages a day - ten times the 20,000-message cap of the next band down and a hundred times the 2,000-message floor at a Trust Score of 24 or below.
- No. Every source read for this calculator discusses a daily cap for T-Mobile only; AT&T and Verizon are described as throttled by per-second MPS alone, and no carrier or aggregator page found publishes a daily number for either of them - treat its absence here as "not documented," not zero.
- LeadConnector, HighLevel and Salesmessage (all read 2026-10-13, pages dated through August 2026) scale T-Mobile with Trust Score the same as AT&T and Verizon, while TSG Global’s page, dated 2023-03-24, gives T-Mobile a flat 1 MPS regardless of band. The two disagree and nobody has reconciled them; use the newer, 2026-dated figure and confirm the account’s own approved throughput before planning around either.
- It can carry one, but it does not change anything: a Sole Proprietor brand’s daily cap and MPS are fixed by Bandwidth’s own published exception regardless of Trust Score, unlike every other entity type on this calculator.
- The Campaign Registry’s own raw schedule is cheapest at $4.00-$4.50 depending on entity type. Telnyx and Bandwidth each pass that fee through with a markup, and GoHighLevel’s one-time figure bundles three separate line items into one, so it is not a fair line-for-line comparison with the other three.
